Grevé® is a relatively new cheese in Sweden. In the fifties, the Norwegian cheese Jarlsberg was launched and it inspired two Swedish dairy engineers to create a similar cheese. In the mid-1960s, Grevé was launched in Sweden. If you love Jarlsberg cheese, you will definitely be amazed and thrilled by Grevé!

Grevé has a slightly sour, sweet and nutty taste and is recognizable by its large round holes. It is a popular one and fits perfectly on the breakfast sandwich. Grevé is also an ideal cooking cheese and also fits nicely on the cheese plate.
